Delivery is available only within locations currently serviced by Howrah Fresh.
Serviceability may vary depending on the customer's address and the nature of the product.
A product selected on the website is not automatically treated as a confirmed order.
Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp or another designated communication channel after checking product availability and applicable pricing.
The expected delivery time will be communicated to the customer during order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address or customer unavailability, additional arrangements may be required.
Where COD is available, the customer shall pay the final confirmed order amount at the time of delivery.
The delivery person may provide or communicate the applicable bill/order details.
Fresh fruits, vegetables and other perishable products may be delivered subject to availability and operational conditions.
Customers are encouraged to inspect such products promptly upon delivery and report any issue without unreasonable delay.
Howrah Fresh will not substitute a product with a different product without appropriate customer confirmation, wherever confirmation is reasonably practicable.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses or does not accept the order, Howrah Fresh may contact the customer to determine the next appropriate step.
Delivery availability, timing and serviceability may depend on product availability, customer address and operational conditions.
